Terms of Service

Master Terms of Service governing your access to and use of the StrmFarm platform, features, and services.

Section 1: Acceptance of Terms

Effective Date: September 21, 2026

Welcome to StrmFarm.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StrmFarm websites, mobile applications, services, features, content, and related platform offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference, including the StrmFarm Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StrmFarm.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms.
  • You agree to comply with these Terms.
  • You meet all eligibility requirements described herein.
  • You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future updates made in accordance with Section 17.

Section 2: Eligibility

To use StrmFarm, you must satisfy all eligibility requirements established by the platform.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

StrmFarm is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

By creating an account or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are prohibited from creating accounts or using the Services.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws or regulations, you may not access or use the Services.

2.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while using the Services.

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Create accounts using false information.
  • Misrepresent your identity.
  • Circumvent platform eligibility requirements.

2.4 Account Eligibility

StrmFarm reserves the right to deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services where:

  • Eligibility requirements are not met.
  • Information provided is inaccurate or misleading.
  • Platform integrity may be compromised.
  • Use of the Services violates these Terms.

Eligibility to participate in specific platform features, campaigns, verification systems, or future rewards programs may be subject to additional requirements established by StrmFarm.

Section 3: Platform Description

StrmFarm is a music discovery and engagement platform designed to help listeners discover music and artists through verified engagement experiences.

The Services may include:

  • Music discovery experiences
  • Artist discovery tools
  • Recommendation systems
  • Campaign participation experiences
  • Verification systems
  • User profiles
  • DSP integrations
  • Community and engagement features

3.1 Not a Digital Streaming Provider

StrmFarm is not a digital streaming provider (“DSP”).

StrmFarm does not operate as a music subscription service and does not replace Spotify, Apple Music, or other supported streaming providers.

Music playback available through StrmFarm is delivered through supported third-party providers in accordance with our DSP Playback Policy.

3.2 No Music Hosting

Except where expressly stated otherwise, StrmFarm does not host, distribute, license, or store music catalogs for playback.

Music content available through the Services remains under the control of the applicable rights holders and supported streaming providers.

3.3 DSP Integration Model

Certain features of the Services rely on integrations with third-party digital streaming providers.

Access to these features may require:

  • A valid DSP account
  • An active subscription with the applicable provider
  • Compliance with provider terms and policies
  • Authorized account connections

StrmFarm is not responsible for subscription fees, provider availability, account restrictions, or service interruptions originating from third-party providers.

3.4 Verification-Based Platform

StrmFarm operates systems designed to evaluate engagement activity and maintain platform integrity.

The Services may utilize verification systems, fraud-prevention systems, integrity controls, automated analysis, and other operational mechanisms to support fair participation across the platform.

To preserve platform integrity, StrmFarm does not publicly disclose all verification methods, detection mechanisms, scoring models, thresholds, or enforcement criteria. For general principles, see our Verification Framework.

3.5 Platform Evolution

StrmFarm is an evolving platform.

Features, services, integrations, campaigns, verification systems, reward systems, and other platform functionality may be modified, expanded, suspended, or discontinued at any time in accordance with these Terms.

No feature, integration, campaign, reward mechanism, or service component is guaranteed to remain available indefinitely.

Section 4: User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, users may be required to create and maintain a StrmFarm account. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4.1 Account Registration

To create an account, you may be required to provide registration information (email address, username, authentication credentials). You agree that all information provided will be accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to protect login credentials, prevent unauthorized access, and notify StrmFarm of suspected account compromise.

4.3 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal to the registered user. Users may not sell, transfer, lease, share, or allow unauthorized access to accounts. StrmFarm reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized transfers.

4.4 Device & Abuse Controls

To protect platform integrity and reduce abuse, StrmFarm may implement account, device, network, verification, or security controls.

4.5 Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account through available platform settings or support channels. Deletion requests may result in removal of account access, profile visibility, and permanent loss of feature access. Certain records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

4.6 Responsibility for Account Activity

Users remain responsible for all actions performed through their account (DSP connections, verification activity, campaign participation, profile activity).

Section 5: DSP Connections & Subscription Requirements

Certain StrmFarm features rely on integrations with supported digital streaming providers (“DSPs”) governed by our DSP Playback Policy.

5.1 Supported Providers

StrmFarm may support integrations with providers including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Deezer, and other providers introduced from time to time. Supported providers may change at any time.

5.2 User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining their DSP accounts, required subscriptions, compliance with provider policies, and authorized connections.

5.3 Premium Subscription Requirements

Certain platform features may require an active premium subscription with a supported DSP. Verification eligibility, playback functionality, campaign participation, and rewards may depend upon maintaining an active qualifying subscription.

5.4 Third-Party Provider Relationship

Your relationship with any DSP provider is governed by that provider’s own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, subscription agreements, and licensing requirements. StrmFarm is not responsible for provider outages or subscription fees.

5.5 Authorization & Access

By connecting a DSP account, you authorize StrmFarm to access information made available through authorized provider APIs. StrmFarm does not collect or store your DSP account password.

5.6 Provider Changes

Providers may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue APIs, integrations, permissions, or services at any time. StrmFarm shall not be responsible for loss of functionality resulting from third-party provider actions.

Section 6: Platform Rules & Acceptable Use

Users must use the Services responsibly and in compliance with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

6.1 Compliance With Platform Rules

Users agree to use the Services only for lawful and authorized purposes and must not interfere with platform integrity, security, reliability, or intended functionality.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations.
  • Misrepresent identity or account ownership.
  • Circumvent platform restrictions.
  • Exploit platform vulnerabilities.
  • Interfere with platform operations.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
  • Reverse engineer or probe security mechanisms without authorization.

6.3 Artificial Activity & Automation

Users may not directly or indirectly use bots, automated scripts, click farms, engagement farms, simulate user activity, generate artificial interactions, or manipulate engagement metrics. Any activity determined by StrmFarm to be artificial or deceptive will be handled under our Fraud Policy.

6.4 Account & Campaign Abuse

Users may not create accounts for abusive purposes, operate coordinated account networks, share accounts, manipulate campaign participation, generate fraudulent engagement, or artificially inflate campaign performance.

6.5 Circumvention Attempts & Enforcement

Attempts to bypass verification systems or evade detection mechanisms may be treated as serious violations resulting in warnings, feature restrictions, reward ineligibility, campaign disqualification, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Section 7: Verification & Platform Integrity

Maintaining platform integrity is a core requirement of the Services.

7.1 Verification Systems

StrmFarm utilizes verification systems to evaluate engagement activity (playback activity, session activity, campaign participation, user interactions, security indicators) governed by our Verification Framework.

7.2 Integrity Reviews & No Guaranteed Eligibility

StrmFarm may review activity for fraud prevention, abuse detection, security, and verification accuracy. Participation in the Services does not guarantee eligibility for verification approval, campaign qualification, or rewards.

7.3 Invalid Activity & Automated Decision Systems

Activity determined to be invalid may be excluded from calculations or removed from records. Automated systems may contribute to eligibility, enforcement, or verification outcomes.

7.4 Protection of Verification Methods

To preserve platform integrity, StrmFarm does not disclose detection methodologies, scoring models, verification thresholds, or fraud detection criteria.

7.5 Platform Integrity Authority & Good Faith Commitment

StrmFarm reserves the right to investigate activity, recalculate eligibility, remove invalid activity, and suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to protect platform integrity in good faith.

Section 8: STRM Points Program

The STRM Points Program enables eligible users to earn STRM Points through qualifying participation in certain activities on the Services governed by our STRM Points Policy.

8.1 Program Overview & Eligibility

Participation is voluntary and subject to these Terms, the STRM Points Policy, the Verification Framework, and the Fraud Policy. Participation does not create any employment, partnership, or financial investment relationship between you and StrmFarm.

8.2 Earning STRM Points & Campaign Rewards

STRM Points may only be earned through verified activities approved by StrmFarm. Certain rewards are funded through approved artist campaigns. Campaign participation does not guarantee visibility or future rewards.

8.3 No Guaranteed Monetary Value

During the beta phase, STRM Points are platform reward points. Unless expressly stated by StrmFarm, STRM Points are not legal tender, cryptocurrency, bank deposits, or securities, and have no guaranteed cash or monetary value.

8.4 Future Blockchain Integration

StrmFarm may introduce blockchain-based functionality (such as conversion into supported digital assets like USDC) in a future phase. Nothing in these Terms guarantees that conversion or withdrawal features will become available.

8.5 Adjustments, Reversals & Program Changes

StrmFarm may adjust, reverse, suspend, or remove STRM Points awarded due to fraud, verification corrections, errors, or policy violations. StrmFarm reserves the right to modify or discontinue the STRM Points Program at any time.

Section 9: Campaign Participation

StrmFarm may offer promotional campaign experiences governed by our Artist Campaign Policy.

9.1 Campaign Administration & Eligibility

Campaigns may be created, sponsored, or managed by StrmFarm, artists, labels, or approved partners. Participation requires an active account, compliance with terms, and successful verification.

9.2 No Guaranteed Results & Verification Requirements

Participation in a Campaign does not guarantee visibility, reach, streams, followers, or financial outcomes. Campaign activity is subject to verification systems and integrity reviews.

9.3 Campaign Modifications & Invalid Activity

StrmFarm may modify, suspend, or terminate any Campaign at any time. Campaign participation generated through automation, fraud, or manipulation will be removed or disregarded.

Section 10: Intellectual Property Rights

StrmFarm respects the intellectual property rights of artists, rights holders, users, partners, and third parties. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property from its lawful owner to StrmFarm.

10.1 Ownership of the StrmFarm Platform

The StrmFarm platform, software, services, interfaces, algorithms, verification systems, recommendation systems, branding, trademarks, logos, designs, text, graphics, and related technology are owned by StrmFarm or its licensors. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, or exploit platform assets without authorization.

10.2 Artist Ownership

Artists, rights holders, labels, publishers, and licensors retain 100% ownership of their respective intellectual property (music masters, sound recordings, publishing rights, copyrights, trademarks, artwork, artist identities). Participation in StrmFarm does not alter ownership rights.

10.3 User Content

Users retain ownership of content they lawfully submit (profile info, images, feedback). Users grant StrmFarm a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process such content solely for operating and improving the Services.

10.4 DSP & Third-Party Content

Music content, metadata, artwork, and trademarks provided through connected DSPs remain the property of their respective owners. StrmFarm does not claim ownership of third-party content.

10.5 Feedback & Suggestions

If users provide suggestions, feedback, or proposals regarding the Services, StrmFarm may use such feedback without restriction or compensation obligation.

Section 11: Copyright Complaints & Takedowns

StrmFarm responds to intellectual property concerns under our Copyright Policy.

11.1 Reporting Infringement & Review Process

Copyright complaints must identify the rights holder, copyrighted work, allegedly infringing material, and contact information. Upon receipt of a valid complaint, StrmFarm may review, restrict, or remove material where appropriate.

11.2 False Claims & Repeat Violations

Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or abusive copyright complaints is prohibited. StrmFarm reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts associated with repeat violations.

Section 12: Suspension, Restrictions & Termination

12.1 Suspension Rights & Restriction of Features

StrmFarm may suspend or restrict access to the Services or specific features (campaign participation, verification eligibility, rewards) if these Terms are violated, platform abuse is detected, fraud is suspected, security risks occur, or compliance requires action.

12.2 Termination & Impact on STRM Points

StrmFarm may terminate accounts where serious or repeated violations occur. Upon termination, access may be revoked immediately, and invalid or unverified STRM Points may be removed or disqualified.

12.3 User-Initiated Termination & Survival

Users may delete their account at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, enforcement, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive account termination.

Section 13: Beta Services & Experimental Features

StrmFarm may offer features in beta or experimental form governed by our Beta Program Policy.

13.1 Experimental Nature & No Guarantee of Continuity

Beta features may change without notice, produce unexpected results, or contain errors. StrmFarm does not guarantee that any beta feature, campaign, or reward mechanism will become permanently available.

Section 14: Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRMFARM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

STRMFARM DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS OPERATION, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, DISCOVERY RESULTS, CAMPAIGN OUTCOMES, REWARD OUTCOMES, OR THIRD-PARTY DSP AVAILABILITY.

Section 15: Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRMFARM, ITS AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES, ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS, CAMPAIGN OUTCOMES, OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER ACTIONS.

STRMFARM’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT PAID DIRECTLY BY THE USER TO STRMFARM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Section 16: Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StrmFarm, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse of the Services, or intellectual property infringement.

Section 17: Changes to Services & Terms

StrmFarm may update features and these Terms periodically. When material changes occur, StrmFarm may provide notice through the Services, website, or email. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 18: Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users agree to attempt informal dispute resolution by contacting StrmFarm directly. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction over StrmFarm’s operating entity.
